Nice Surprise in the Mail from JA8ISU - QRP DXCC Number 126

I did my usual routine of checking the mail for QSL's I have requested.  It is amost exclusively a one way "street" - I send requests and it is mailed back to me and usually with foreign postage.   This time was different.  I had not requested a QSL from Japan.  The piece of mail included a QSL card and 2 green stamps.   This was for a QRP contact on 80m from earlier this year.
